Blurf. I picked up a phone message from a head teacher who needed help with a student who didn’t get the grades she wanted through no fault of her own and thus can’t do the programme at our uni that she originally wanted to. I’ve been on hold with our admissions section for nearly an hour… On the bright side, I’m off on holiday tomorrow so it’s my last day in the office today! Hurrah! ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. _YAWN_ ‘Tis 75 Amurrkin out and partly cloudy with a predicted high of 92 and scattered tstorms for the day. This means it might or might not rain. No big plans for the day. OYKW wants to go to Sonny’s for dindin and I’m all for that. He’s buyin’ so I’m eatin’! 😃 **sunny** yay on havin’ all your stuff in one place and on sellin’ the old digs! I agree with lettin’ the young muscle do the heavy stuff. OK I need more caffeine and to feed rumbly tummy. I suppose I should purtify up a bit as well. One must be hygienic after all! I guess last night’s storm knocked out Teh Intrarwebz here at work, but it’s back, so yay! _OR_ it could be that I had the Devil’s Bagel for breakfast. :eek: My order number at WaWa this morning was 666. :eek: So apparently a cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese is the Devil’s Bagel. 😃 And so it goes. Happy Thorsday! It’s a sunny 75 outside, about as nice as it can get. Today we go to the college to get the books and update the date on his ID card. His books are super expensive this semester, $750+. I’m glad he has a grant. I need to head upstairs to get cleaned up so we can head out. Outside of the trip to the college, SSDD. **Doggio** - if I win the lottery I’d just quit. Actually, I’d probably not quit, but I’d reduce my hours to almost nothing. ---

Howdy Y’all! I did get productive and clean the kitchen and bathrooms plus do two loads of laundry which is now all put away. Go Me! I foresee some quality cee-mint pond time in my near future. Or a nap. Or both. Tomorrow I shall again be productive as I’m meetin’ a couple other of the retired guys at the church house to mow the back forty. See, I can find ways not to be idle. 😃 ---

\*\*Butters \*\*- He’s getting around fairly well, altho I have to keep on his case about not lifting or pulling anything heavy. He is in pain and he doesn’t want to take his pain meds because they’re opoids, so they screw up his gut. He’ll see his doc on Monday, and I suggested he ask about alternative pain meds. We shall see. I finished lunch, and boss-man still isn’t in. Gotta find something else to do… ---
