# NoClueBoy's Post Count

I’m afraid this may be a stupid question, but I just noticed that NoClueBoy’s postcount is 1022, but he’s only been registered since “Oct 2002”. That would be over a thousand posts in just over 6 weeks. Is that possible? I suppose I could’ve just emailed him, but I’m interested to hear from any other posters that have gotten really high post counts in crazy short amounts of time.

Well, 31 days in Oct, 30 in Nov, and 20 so far in Dec.
That add’s up to 81 days.
1022 divided by 81 equals about 12.6 posts per day.
A little much, but easily doable.

I comment on almost everything I see because I have no clue, you see?
Believe me, I was as surprised as you to see how many times I’ve posted. But some threads, esp in Cafe and GD are almost like conversations, esp if the posting parties are all online at the same time. Plus, some Cafe threads are a weekly regular event.
When I first got here, I wondered how someone could gather 7000 posts in a year and a half, like I can’t remember who now… Now I know.

Not to nitpick, but NoClueBoy registered on October 5th, so 26 days in October, 30 in November, and 20 in December. That’s 76 days, and 1022 divided by 76 is 13.48 posts per day.
And no, it isn’t made any easier by the fact that December is now 21 days old, and NoClueBoy’s post count is now 1029.

There was a time (might be more than one) the board was updated & shaved off posts. At the time I lost around 550 posts in one fell swoop 🙂 I Think that was Jan 2002?

There was the Winter of Our Missed Content… which I missed by about five days. I believe it was from December 2001 to March 2002. (I think.) So that probably did do a number on your post count, **Shadez**. 🙂
