Yeah, it’s after four. Again. I try to get up by noon. Sometimes I don’t. 🙂 I’ve always told my friends that I’m going to be the only old person who never gets up before noon. They quit asking me to ever join them for breakfast a long, long time ago. ---

The thing about my insomnia (YYM will prolly V) is the guilt I feel. I know it’s irrational. I quit fighting it ions ago. It’s just makes it hard in everyone here because my sleeping issues are so erratic. I know to quit posting when I start making spelling mistakes. ---

Ok, I’ve turned the air down to 72, done the dishes and fed the cats. Who are awesome by the way because they sleep until I decide to get up. 😻 I’m going to take some Melatonin and hope for the best. Good night. ---

I go on and get up and deal with the pets and breakfast. I am not opposed to going back to bed most days. Get up again about noon. Most days I nap in the afternoon for an hour or so. ---
