Yes, David Gilmour used a Nashville tuning variant on the main riff of ‘Hey You’ and the the strumming part during the pre-chorus/ chorus of ‘Comfortably Numb’. He used a high E string (2 octaves up) in place of the low E, and the ADG strings were 1 octave up. It’s just standard EADGBE with higher pitches.
