What are you, 8? You came into a debate forum, made a lot of completely unsubstantiated claims, and then you have the nerve to act surprised and insulted when you get called on it? You had every chance to defend your statements, and chose instead to keep repeating empty platitudes and quotes from a book written by superstitious men centuries ago. And now, rather than try to learn something, you’re off in a huff, but not before trying to get in a little name calling before you run out the door. If this is how you express your version of Christianity, then I most definitely want no part of it. ---

You’re a salesperson, by profession. But you haven’t yet sold anyone on the merits of christianity. Many people asked you questions about your product, but you never gave anyone a straight answer. Snake-oil salesman do this all the time. They choose words that sound pretty, but have no real substance or are downright lies. Your “marks” are more discriminating than you’d anticipated. The delusion is warm and fuzzy sometimes (though at othertimes it’s downright terrifying!) but you have nothing but your holy book of fables to back it up. And when someone takes the time to point out the flaws in your book, you respond with more circular reasoning, which is very insulting to the people who’ve taken the time to attend your presentation. ---

The christian church has come out with a diet version of the communion wafer-it’s called- I can’t believe it’s not Jesus. ---
