First, I’ll copy the email I sent to Peta last night, since I got a preview of the page. “So I go back to check out the page, after we all started whining about it. And I’m now laughing hysterically. On the home page, the two lovely pictures of the mermaids that I took, the captions should read: Norfolk, Virginia & **Its** Mermaids (Sorry, Peta, but this is a pet(a) peeve of mine… the rest of the site is wonderful!) ---

(1) There are more pictures up of dinner at the [Ootback](http://www.geocities.com/liam_irisheyes/norfolk/ootback.html) (click Chief to go to Ootback pages two and three)and (2) how long before Chief returns to kick my ass (with words, of course)? **NOTES:** (1) I corrected the typos that have been pointed out and (2) some of these files are a little big (like 50-60k), so slower connections may take a couple minutes. If people find the pages loads TOO slowly, I’ll break them up more (and try reducing some of the file sizes without losing TOO much quality). (3) I’m working on the next batch, and they should be up soon too. Cheers! ---

Oh, yeeha, Peta, that display is just lovely! Except whenever I see myself revealed on film, I realize that I look like an elf who’s stuck it’s pinky finger in a light socket. Especially delightful was the “Click on ChiefScott’s Smiley”. Bwahhahhhaaaaa… “Grass eater”, indeed! Since I was incommunicado due to a lightning strike on my house during that very weekend, I didn’t get to say how much I enjoyed meeting all you lovely buncha coconuts. Thanks for all the great company, especially to the Changeable Chief and UncleBeer for their generous swoops on the tab. Let’s have another soon, and next time get to tour the Bigass Boat.
