Yes, some of them play in Japan (about 4 I think).

They’re ethnic Koreans who live in Japan, not actually from NK.

yes there are NK schools in Japan where they learn basically the same sorts of things that are taught in NK schools in NK./ How that works (when they have access to the internet and everything) I have no idea.
