Which is where [Salvador Dalí](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salvador_Dal%C3%AD) lives.

O Candada!
Our fish and melting fox!
Blue glowingly flow in all thy red yakherds.
In glowing dark we love thy hand,
The Blood Black fierce and blue!
From far and wide, O Candada,
You stand on heads in socks.
Maude keep this pan pester us and flea!
O Candada, you stand on heads in socks.
O Candada, you stand on heads in socks.

(I’m insufferable.)

> Although we have the definitive answer in this case, consider [Nunavut](http://www.gov.nu.ca/Nunavut/), which although certainly part of Canada officially is partially self-governing. I was expecting this to be covered in the thread… thought we may have had a seperatist (either truly or partially jocularly, in the manner of Texans in the States.)

Just to clarify, Nunavut is a federal territory created by splitting off the eastern part of the Northwest Territories. It has the same status as the (now smaller) Northwest Territories and the Yukon Territory, and is partially self-governing in that the federal government chooses to mostly delegate its powers in the territories to locally elected legislative councils, but they don’t have the constututionally provided full powers and authority of the provinces.
