# Nose grease and beer foam...

As I filled my cup from the keg, I noticed that there was a little too much foam resting on top of my sweet, sweet beer. I wiped my finger across my nose, and ran it around the rim of my cup. Voila! No more foam! So, can anyone tell me WHY this works so well?

sure, the oil from your nose caused the bubbles to subside. You could have put a tiny smidge of oil around the rim of your cup as well.

Try pouring a beer and then putting a drop of oil in the foam and see what happens…
