Has any society developed nose picking as a grooming service as with hairdressing and manicure ? ---

You seem to be hung up on this. You do realize it’s something most normal folks do not do. The Kleenex company has made millions of dollars providing a product that works much better. ---

The Kleenex company has made millions of dollars because despite this it is still frowned on by most cultures even while most everyone does it, at least when nobody is looking. ---

I would say never having cleaned the dried snot out of your nose with your finger would be decidedly ABnormal. There are lots of things that are very natural to do that we nevertheless tend no to do in public. ---
