When I call up Google my IE browser only loads up the upper half of the Google logo at the top of the page. It doesn’t do this with any other page. What gives?

It sounds like the copy of that graphic stored in your browser’s cache is incomplete or corrupted. Clear the cache by going to **Tools|Internet Options** and clicking **Delete Files**. Check the box for **Delete all offline content** and hit **OK** twice. This may take a minute. Then go to [www.google.com](http://www.google.com) and hit the **Refresh** button. It should load a fresh version of the page.
