I know I was born the same year as Britney Spears and Georges St. Pierre. I don’t know who was born the same month/day/week as me. I did find out through some very light googling that Jessica Alba was born the same day as my wife; about 9 weeks before me.
Apparently Orlando Bloom is nine days older than me. I think I’ll start to point that out to people, it makes me seem younger than I really am.
The only name I recognise on my birthday is Mercedes McNab, who played Harmony on Buffy and Angel. I’m a week younger than Laura Prepon and a week older than Ronaldinho and the very un-punk-named Deryck Whibley of Sum 41.
I’m also kind of surprised to discover than I’m 2 months younger than Maksim Chmerkovskiy (thought he was older than that), Zooey Deschanel (thought she was younger), and Jason Segel (thought he was older).
Randy Jackson, of the Jackson Five, was born on the same day as me. If he’s not famous enough to qualify, Dylan McDermott, Peter Jackson, and Larry Mullen were all born within a few days of me.
I share a birthdate with Toby Kebbell, who is going to be in the Prince of Persia movie, though in which role is not specified.
Tay Zonday, of “Chocolate Rain” youtube fame, is 3 days older than me.
No one really famous in my month, unfortunately.

I didn’t think of that approach. Lemme see…Michael Hutchence, Linda Blair, Lord Byron, D.W. Griffith, George Balanchine, U Thant, Piper Laurie, Bill Bixby and John Hurt were all born on the same day I was.
Michael, Marlon, Jermaine, Tito, Jackie… was their a sixth Jackson in the Jackson Five? 
Mine was a bad year for celebrities, apparently. I’m within 3 days of Anna Quindlen, columnist for Newsweek; and Leon Spinks, one-time boxer. The closest “movie star” to me is Andrew (‘throw me the whip…I throw you the idol’) Molina.
Troy Aikman is five days older than me.
Yeah, like the Fifth Beatle. Seven, if you count the guy off American Idol. 
For some odd reason, Caroline Kennedy has always been about my age…
