Oh really? And what was that? Let’s see if we can figure this out, _together_, Ok? Wait…no, I think i’ve got it. Here, I’ll walk you through it. First, [TubaDiva discloses financial information from the Reader.](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=251122&highlight=charter+members) The only exception to that is if you don’t know how to multiply. If that is the case, please exit the Pit to your left. Next, [Alterego points out that it is perfectly legal for them to now tell us how much money they are making by subjecting us to advertisements](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=339769). Lastly, TubaDiva points out that " the Reader is a privately held company and as such, does not publicly discuss or disclose financial information." So, if by “jist” you mean that TubaDiva is a fucking hippocrite and Feydeau is not familiar with the fact that in the past the Reader has been _perfectly open about how much money they are making off of us_, then yes, I think it has been got by all. ---

The degree of “touching” in the crayon drawings lovingly crafted by the 5 year old boy will be in direct proportion to the gas prices in your area. I mean, if you’re only paying $2.50 a gallon, your drawing won’t be quite as touching as the drawing sent to the sponsor who is paying $2.98 a gallon. That’s only fair. ---

Another thread whinging about how the reader won’t disclose their finances to us? Yeesh. They don’t have to tell us if they don’t want to. They sure as shit don’t owe us the information. If it means that much to you, get yerself a lawyer and try to force 'em. Yeesh. ---
