Bertha. I was thinking about naming my Ridgeback Bertha, but it didn’t fit, and ended up with Zilla instead, which is a perfect fit because she is such a monster. Big, Bad, Bertha. Yep. ---

The butch bullmastiff in[Pooch Cafe](http://poochcafe.com/?page_id=16) is named Droolia. 🙂 Whatever her name turns out to be, she looks like a great addition to the family. ---

It’s weird how much she looks like _my_ new dog,[Captain](http://www.flickr.com/photos/62555962@N00/3338005043/), except that she has a lot more jowl real estate (and is quite a bit bigger - he’s 65 pounds and HUGE, so I can’t imagine.) He is an unmitigated sweetheart who just wants to put his head in your lap and go to sleep. Yes, he always has that sad pathetic look on his face. ---
