I have an “incoming friend request.” I cannot accept or deny. No matter what I do the “Save Changes” button appears to be inert. Not a big deal. Except I have to look at “Your Notifications: **1** ” every time I log in. Help? Thanks. ---

Put a check in the checkbox. ---

Says we’re already friends. Using Firefox 5.0, it worked and the notification went away. The only thing I can think of for causing the problem is the checkbox inside the icon for your friend. You’re doing that, so… no idea. Have another browser you can try it on? Maybe disable ad blockers? ---

Maybe disable ad blockers? Just tried it on IE and I guess we are friends but that part of the function doesn’t work. I am still stuck on “incoming friend request” mode. ---

It’s probably a browser issue but can’t say for sure, though you’re probably on the right track there. Thanks for the assist, Soul Frost. Here’s something else that may or may not be useful: Try turning off the “receive email notification” and see if that clears things. Then you can turn it back on again and see what happens then, if anything. CP / Edit Options / If you do not want to receive an email for each request of friendship, you may disable this option. Receive Friendship Request Email Unclick that box and then the “Save Changes” button on the bottom. Please report back with your findings, if any. Thanks. ---
