Wonder how much, in the way of tax-payer funds, was blown (heh) on that particular project. “Terribly sorry, sir, but Operation Mindfuck was a complete failure.” [sub]'s about the only response I could write that wouldn’t have sent this to the Pit.[/sub] ---

As for the aphrodisiac, I would like to volunteer to help test it. I think a Victorias Secret fashion show would be an ideal proving ground. I wonder what exactly killed the project? Is it because it didn’t physically work? Or because a rape bomb would generate more anti-US hatred, even if it’s never actually used, than killing people with a conventional bomb? ---

I’ve never heard anyone credible say that aphrodisiacs are real, so that might be a problem. Then again, the crazy shit you get out of Washington- ever seen some of the rejected plans for overthrowing Castro? ---
