I’m turning 21 on the 28th. I had considered coming to NYC to celebrate with all my friends who are at college in and around the city, but it’s on a Tuesday. Feh. My best friend’s (she was talked about in the original NYC Dopefest thread I was involved in, CrankyRiddles is what I believe she got sidled with. She’s much less cranky now that she’s sober.) is the 18th, we’re gonna have a pimp-and-hos party to honor our impending birthdays. I can’t wait, I can finally go out after work with the big kids! It’s not the drinking I am excited about, Lord knows I can do that now, it’s the ability to be an adult. Yahooie! (do adults say ‘yahooie?’) Happy Birthday, other November Dopers! ---

First, happy belated birthday to **divemaster**. Now, my birthday is **November 4th**. Got that? **November 4th. The fourth.** That’s a Saturday. If you are going to throw me a party, it will have to be on **Saturday, November the fourth!!** Of course, since I will be out partying, I will not see it until November the fifth but hey, I will be surprised! Do all of you people (yes, I know that includes myself) honestly believe that you were really born on those days? Do you really remember? How do you know it wasn’t a conspiracy? Sure, like someone would actually be born in the month of November. That would mean you would have to have been conceived in February, and with so few days in that month, who would have the time?
