NOW can we get a pukey smilie?

More from the ABC Radio newsfeed: the pond scum were using P2P software and it sounds like hajario was right about them being infiltrated.

I heard that on the radio and very nearly did puke. I made a lot of involuntary horrified noises, anyway.

Incomprehensible.

These “people” are fucking disgusting–somebody hand me my finest grained cheese grater, I have some double radical orchidectomies to perform!

Another vote for a highly animated puking smiley. :smack:

I felt ill when I heard about this on the radio.

The guys whose job it was to infiltrate these sick fucks should get a medal and be allowed to retire. I can’t imagine having to pretend to be into child pornography, even to bust people who perpetrate crimes like this.

“Molestation on demand??” There’s a phrase that’ll ring for a while. No longer nabbing an exchange of old pictures of a “done deed”, your regular old perv who just, for some reason, felt like providing documentary evidence against himself. This is directly causing it to happen.

Even from my jaundiced POV about what a piece of work is man, this is, like… how in the world could they expect to not be eventually detected and traced?

I agree. I can’t imagine having to carry those images around in your head for the rest of your life.

Global child porn probe led to false accusations

Why do you love child molesters, Matt?

I’d vote for another pukey smiley, but you’d have to step up to a Flash-based smiley that fills the entire screen with bile in order to even approach the ability to express the kind of bowel-excavating disgust a story like this engenders. For fuck’s sakes twisted sicko perv assmunchers got off on watching 18-month-old children being molested fucking live! (As in real-time) Goddamnmotherfuckingshit that’s just … evil. I hope the lot of them get booked and released straight to genpop the day after someone “accidentally” lets slip among the populace the crimes of these heinous babyfuckers.

Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat’s just fucking wonderful. GodDAMN those fucking people! Christ, how many lives do they have to ruin for their twisted compulsion???

Is this being offered up as some sort of excuse for child porn afficiandos? I really don’t understand the relevance.

“Air bags can kill or injure upon impact.”
Yeah, so?

I read the porn ring story earlier and still can’t think of a bad enough punishment.
What’s even more horrible - I’m betting for every person caught, there’s thousands who are still online diddling to kiddie porn undetected.

If you really think that was his point, you’re a moron.

Well, i can’t claim to speak for matt, but a bunch of possibilities spring to mind.

Perhaps the fact that, as well as ruining the lives of the actual children involved in their porn, these sick bastards also end up ruining the lives of other innocent folks.

Or perhaps it’s a reminder that law enforcement needs to be cognizant of the fact that innocent people can, through identity theft or an unawareness of certain connections between different companies, be caught up in circumstances not of their own making.

Maybe it was a simple caution that the people arrested are innocent until proven guilty, and that although it is clear that heinous stuff went on, it remains to be determined exactly whom is guilty of what.

Or maybe matt is setting himself up for another election run by getting behind the infant porn constituency.

Nope, I’m not a moron. I’ve been called worse.
OK, you raise some valid points - I find this whole thing so despicable that I jumped on anything that sounded like a rationalization or diversion.

Mind you every single type of crime - writing bad checks, auto theft, murder, rape - carries unintended and unforunate consequences for innocent people. So yeah,
matt_mcl’s post is a nonsequitor. “Innocent people harmed by crime.”

Well duh.

I don’t think non sequitur means what you thinks it means.

Sure it does, even if I didn’t spell it correctly. Go look it up - that’s exactly what I meant. I’m pretty sure Matt doesn’t need you to be his hall monitor; why don’t you let him respond if he wants?
Why are you jumping on my shit about this? The whole thing was an aside; nothing to do with the OP, really.
I’m pretty sure we agree on the salient point : Pedophiles are Nasty.
Don’t we?

Yes, pedophiles are nasty.

Are these people pedophiles? Probably.

Should we hold out some measure of reservation before condemning them, like, ya’ know, a guilty plea or verdict? Absolutely.

It’s pretty simple, really.

*non se·qui·tur
n.

  1. An inference or conclusion that does not follow from the premises or evidence.
  2. A statement that does not follow logically from what preceded it. *

Nope, looks like mhendo was right. If you really think matt_mcl’s post was a non sequitur, clearly you don’t understand what the term means.

Nothing to it, hell yeah, USA#1.

Don’t like it? Wachtya gonna about it do, punk?

USA FUCKIN’ RULES, thanx to their ubercool men. PERIOD

The End.

::::I may not live see it, but the end is near. Enjoy:::::

What a waste…

Now that was a non sequitor. See the difference, bonobo?

OK, so that wasn’t a complete non sequitur. OK, so “Innocent people harmed by crime.” Well, that’s a newsflash. Ooh.

What’s the point of the OP then - let’s all reel in our outrage because these folks have not been found guilty in a court of law by a jury of their peers yet?
