Sometimes you just gotta do it immediately you know, and in those circumstances doing it in the road is certainly a better alternative than say in the gutter. I hope to do more in my existence than just exit it. I would think that things like raising a family, or achieving personal satisfaction or living a good life are all doing far better than dying in my sleep. If dying in your sleep is the best you can do, you’re in pretty poor shape and might as well do it soon. ---

I never liked this song much: She can kill with a smile, she can wound with her eyes. And she can ruin your faith with her casual lies. And she only reveals what she wants you to see. She hides like a child, but she’s always a woman to me. She can lead you to love, she can take you or leave you. She can ask for the truth but she’ll never believe. And she’ll take what you’ll give her as long as it’s free. Yeah, she steals like a thief, but she’s always a woman to me. Oooh, she takes care of herself. And so on. What kind of woman are you dating, man? ---

I don’t think I know this song, but it doesn’t look like it’s promising that everything will be swell for cocaine users…merely that if you choose to use illicit drugs you’re better off on cocaine than on heroin. I can’t speak from experience, but if forced to choose between the two I’d go with cocaine too.
