This article from the Cincinnati Enquirer indicates that, at 4:40 pm ET, the standoff had ended, but no details as to the specifics. The Cincinnati Enquirer article I linked to above has confirmed that the suspect is dead. Further reporting indicates that he was a participant in the January 6th riot. ---
