So just to clarify – according to PBS, David Letterman’s mistreatment of his female employees is okay, but Al Franken’s mistreatment of women crosses the line?

Letterman had an affair with one of his employees. This was unfair to his wife, but I wouldn’t count it as mistreatment of the employee. Am I missing something?
