Once you’re not seriously suing anyone, but just playing to the press / adoring X audience, it’s real easy to let ChatGPT or some high schoolers prepare your court filings. Once trump & Elmo realize they are not allies but rather arch-rivals for the adulation of the idjit masses, I predict a real shitshow of competing narrative propaganda sets up. It’ll be awesome to watch, if painful to read. ---

The claim seems to boil down to “They wouldn’t have found all those Nazis on our website if they hadn’t been LOOKING for them!” This will not go the way Elmo thinks it will. ---

If the dumb lawsuit really goes forward, which I highly doubt, won’t Media Matters be able to subpoena Twitter’s internal communications and workings to justify their reporting? ---
