There’s a platform called PlainSite that’s been a relentless critic of Musk and Tesla, and which has continually posted legal documents, texts, etc., mainly in aid of trying to prove that Musk is guilty of various forms of fraud. They asked Penn about this, and surprisingly got an affirmative response. Musk has said there was some coursework he had to get recognized and it took a while to get around to it, but who knows. ---

…in latest news: as a result of his latest poll, Elon Musk has declared that from next week there will be an amnesty for practically all currently-banned accounts: in other words, next week the nazis come back. Just checked the people following me on my account and the last 50 followers are all bots. Every single one. Some of the more prolific NZ posters are getting hundreds of new bot followers every hour. Increasing numbers of people I follow have either left or made their accounts private. ---
