Someone needs to remind Elon that the SCOTUS decision that the POTUS is immune to criminal prosecution for doing an “official act” doesn’t apply to anyone else. Or don’t, and we can watch him be incarcerated and/or deported. ---

It’s possible that some heads of some powerful corporations may be starting to doubt that having Elon Musk be God Emperor will be good for them. Or even if Musk has what he wants and will stop, even just Trump’s beloved chaos–that may not be good for the companies, either. Do they have armies? No. But we haven’t gone so far that Donald doesn’t care about what all the rich guys want. They could influence him to (at least) slow down his attempt to turn the USA into a province of China.\* It may not be much of a hope but it may be all we have. . . \*Once Trump goes the full ‘big event that just happened requires me to declare martial law and myself as King’ route, it probably WILL be too late for even the big money boys to change anything. ---

Hate Elon all they want. He has all their personal data, financial information, and in some cases; incriminating information. And a large personal cult of devolved sapiens eager to bear his children do his bidding. ---

I’m not recalling anything in the SCOTUS immunity decision that would mean that someone acting on Trump’s instructions would be similarly immune, or that there was an “umbrella”…?
