As I was wasting time, collecting points on one of those sites that sends you to their advertisers site, I found this… [http://www.nationalchildsupport.com](http://www.nationalchildsupport.com) I immediately remembered the post from a woman who was unable to get any enforcement action taken against her ex who was tens of thousands of dollars in arrears. I don’t know if this site has anything to offer, but I thought I would put it out there. ---
