Mine is inserting itself into various sleep schedules, alternately causing insomnia and fatigue.

Yes, if you’ve got any kind of sleep problem, DST is not going to help you.
Oddly, using a CPAP has helped me with falling asleep. I associate putting the mask on with sleeping. It does not help with getting up earlier, though.

I advise you to tuck in the blanket at the ‘feet’ end of the bed. You’d get better sleep.

It used to be that not all of Indiana switched to DST. Since part of Indiana is in the Eastern Time Zone and part is in Central, in the summer months I was never quite sure what time it was for the Hoosier client I was phoning.
