Wow! I normally don’t watch sports. I am glad I decided to watch the Superbowl!
I really have to hand it to the Titans. They played great. IMO, they were, despite the score, the better team. George and McNair … holy smoke.

Another victory for sentimentality!
I can’t wait to hear the Kurt Warner story another 1000 times … That’s exactly what I need to nurse me through the off-season.
Maybe that butch and camera-hungry wife of his will do a special report live from Disneyland this week! She can tell us all some more how God has blessed their life. Boy, I hope she wears that feather boa!

Well, not to second-guess anyone… but on the Rams’ only touchdown, the slow-motion replay seems to show Holt’s knee touching before he got in… and take that TD away, you’ve got a tie game again.
Well, spilt milk. But a fine effort. Much better than the snoozers where it’s 21+ difference by the end of the third quarter…

ARGH!!! ONE MORE FUCKING YARD and I would have won $400. And Tennessee would have won. Or at least sent it into overtime. Ahem. Excuse me.
In all seriousness…it WAS a great game. To quote what I told my dad afterwards, it was the kind of game I love watching because it’s exciting, but GOD it jerks my emotions around. Oh well…now all I can do is wait for next year. I _hate_ the football off-season.

Thanks Wally…I still won $200 for even getting to the Super Bowl in my fantasy league. But I lost SO many close games during the year…I wanted to win one for once. 🙂
But hey…still was a great game. Can’t wait for next year. Although I still think Kurt Warner is really a space alien.
