How about the first one, where you rebuke him, in the name of Jesus nonetheless, for having a different understanding than yours of the Scriptures? How do you know you’re not the benighted, perhaps demon-controlled, one? And when did Jesus authorize you to speak for him? ---

Wait, so quoting anything in the Bible without adding the book, verse and chapter is a tool of the Devil ?! Daymn. You know, this whole Christianism stuff is trickier than I thought. It’s almost Final Fantasy-ish, the amount of miscellaneous shit that’s not in the Book itself you have to know to not lose. ---

At least, my Microbiology teacher let us know in no uncertain terms that not providing a reference for every thing we assert (even should it be, “water had a tendency to be wet”) is a Grave Moral Sin. Then again, if the Bible is the word of G-d, and so much of the New Testament reeks of the stories of Horus and Odin, that must mean G-d is a plagiarist, so maybe he’s not so picky about the footnotes. ---

Once I have been given divine revelation there is no worldly ‘proof’ that would suffice. And I have been given that to the extent that there are major spiritual issues and Obama does not have full authority. I don’t know however if he is totally a figurhead, or still has some authority. But that said, I don’t really care. I am under grace, not the law. My Father will protect me and provide for me no matter what man or demon runs this country. ---
