NPR's top 100 SF/Fantasy list

You might be right about Potter, I’ve never read any of them and I’m not likely to as I’ve seen the movies. But you are definitely right about A Wrinkle in Time. That’s a classic for all ages. The reason I agree with the YA exclusion, however, is because the popularity of crap like Twilight and the aforementioned Hunger Games would probably get those books voted on the list. And a SF/F list with those titles could never be taken seriously. The real question is: where do you draw the line at YA? I’ve seen some people refer to the Wheel of Time series as YA. If it’s any consolation, NPR will create a YA list in the near future.
