In my younger days, I, too, was quite energetic horizontally. And the _alarm clock_ move was always a favorite (giving, not receiving). Only backfired once in a dozen moves. But not badly.
As far as receiving, I’m afraid I like sleep. REALLY like sleep. I once woke up in the middle of a ‘wake up call’ and noticed that I was enjoying it, but was too groggy to truly get the full effect. When I woke up again, breakfast was made. (Don’t want to think about what was in those eggs, though).
Gotta agree, though - the pre-nocturnal talk does go a long way to realizing this goal.

In other circumstances I’d say yes, absolutely. However, I was sexually assaulted in my late teens, and I worry that my reaction would be to incorporate any sleep-experienced sexual goings-on into a bad dream interpretation and flip the hell out while waking. My husband understands this and so starts out really slowly whenever there’s a chance of problems along those lines. When it’s “waking-up sex” he pulls me close and murmurs to me so I hear his voice, while he starts with gentle stuff. (Unfortunately he tends to pick times when I’m in **really** deep sleep, so my response is barely conscious and more like “ok fine” at first, instead of “ooo baby.” :smack: )

Straight male. This has happened to me two or three times since I’ve been with the special lady friend. I find it very enjoyable, I think mostly because I have a tendency to think stuff is awesome when I’m slowly coming out of a deep sleep. There’s been times when she told me in the morning that she tried it during the night, but I slept through it, which usually disappoints me. She couldn’t slap me awake or something?
Giving it, on the other hand, is a different prospect. I don’t particularly think she’s against it, but she has meaty thighs and strong legs, which she usually keeps tight together when she’s asleep, and I’m not a ninja. I’ve found that if I caress her entire body, she may wake up and penis may ensue. She has to be in the right mood, though, which is a shot in the dark (so to speak).

Gay male. My partner loves doing it, and I love having it done. Any time, any place. It’s not at all unusual for him to wake me up this way, even if he just did it the night before. And there have been times when I finished without even waking up.

gay single male - has never happened (other than cyber), but I’d love it either way, especially as I’m horniest when I first wake up. although, sometimes when i wake up i have to pee and even though that gives me a raging hard on, it impedes sexual pleasure somewhat…I think I’d even enjoy waking up or being woke up by non oral sex.

Used to happen when I was young and Mr Happy was lively in the morning and often woke up before I did.
He’s no longer that lively in the morning. In fact, he rarely fully wakes up before noon.

Straight female - I’d hate it. Well, actually, I’d probably wake up long before anything good got happening, but even so, a little wake-up fondling would get a better response from me. Even asleep, I guess foreplay is important. It’s somehow a little creepy to wake up and find yourself in the middle of a sexual act.

Gay male – I’ve only done it once, and it worked out okay (we’re no longer together [but not for that reason]).
I’ve had it done to me many times, though. I sometimes tend to startle awake, but once I realize what’s going on, I settle down and get into it. It’s wonderful being woken up that way.

Straight girl. The hubby is a light sleeper, so I ususally have to ninja the sheets off him without him grumping up and ruining my girl-on, but if I manage to lock the door (9-year-old), sneak back in and spring it on him while he’s still unconscious, I love it. Had it done in the past as well, and it is the single best thing ever.

Even though both of my partners have complete sexual liberties with my body and don’t need a prior consent to initiate contact my response would be an immediate, GO AWAY! I’m SLEEPING!
Luckily, my boyfriend feels the same way. Mornings are for sleeping, and for cursing the big yellow hurty thing in the sky.
However, my girlfriend is quite the morning person and once tried to awaken me this way. She said I didn’t stop snarling at her until she left the room…
