I’d like to find an online tool to give me proportions and maybe measurements for a given set of ingredients, based on my parameters of carbs, fats and proteins. For instance, if I’m on a 40-30-30 diet of the above nutrients, and I want stir-fry chicken with spinach and rice, how much of each should I make? Optional if I want a given calorie count.

There’s lots out there that will give you the breakdown for ingredients and portions, but you have to guess if you’re seeking a target.

Anyone know if something that will fill the bill?
