The Registered Dieticians I know unanimously recommend [calorieking.com](http://calorieking.com)

[almond meal](http://www.calorieking.com/foods/calories-in-flours-almond-meal_f-ZmlkPTExNDU0Nw.html)
mmm

ETA: It is an app as well

I have been using [MyFitnessPal](https://www.myfitnesspal.com/) for three years. It has an amazing database of foods in it. The free app shows you the breakdown,calorie-wise, of protein/fat/carbs in every food, and most also include a lot of other nutritional information about the food.

It includes almond meal.

I like and often use My Fitness Pal, but it lacks some foods and seems unreliable with others. In those cases, I use the [USDA nutrient database](https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/)
