I thought it was a law for all U.S. restraunts to provide nutrtion facts about the food they server, is this true or not.

For example I can’t find anything about how many calories/fat is in a Starbuck’s latte or Hooter’s Wings.

Are there resources that provide this info or do you have to go to the restraunt and ask ?

They should have some handout card available, or it can be posted somewhere.

Check the websites, as I always find the info there, almost on every company website…fast food and all.

I can’t get to Hooters from work…but use [google.com](http://google.com) to search for homepages.

Starbucks nutrion might be tough to get, but somebody other than them will have it plastered on the net somewhere.

Most fast food places and restaurants have it on the site under ‘nutritional information’
OR:

Restaurants must back up any claims they make, but have to do so only on request. Restaurants selling packaged food (like McDonald’s) have to give more complete information, which is also available in the store. No restaurant is obligated to distribute this information to the general public.
