I just bought a jar of assorted nuts packed in honey. Ideas on what to do with it? I was too intrigued not to buy it, but besides adding it to fruit, or on oatmeal or cereal, other ideas? ---

I wouldn’t want to dilute it too much. How about using it as a spread on some sort of biscuit or bread? It would probably be good on a toasted English muffin. ---

Are the nuts whole? If they are, try draining some of the excess honey and then roasting them on a baking tray until nicely brown. Leave to cool. Eat. Repeat. ---

Chuck a spoonful on top of an Asian stir fry. I keep jars of nuts in chili oil for the same purpose. ---
