Question: presumably financial monitor, former federal judge Barbara Jones, has a pretty clear idea whether or not Trump has the 400+ Million needed to appeal. Do you think Judge Engoron may already with some precision know just how overleveraged/encumbered all of Trump’s properties are and whether he’s in any position to be able to raise the money for the appeal? ---

While she may know all about the financial situtation of the Trump Orginazation business, Donald may have his own personal stash of cash in a getaway bag. I’d be suprised if he didn’t have the profits he skimmed stashed away. He could then transfer these to a third party to make it look like a loan. Criminal? Why of course! ---

It’s not about business sense, it’s what criminals do. True he isn’t a good business man and many of his ventures have “so called” failed. However, they were frauds from the start. If Donald has proven anything, it is that everything he does has an element of crime and shuffling of money around. I say he has a billion stashed away and can convince some shady bank or fellow billionaire to let him pay them on the side for bond money. Are you listening Putin? I’m also hoping that the FBI is watching for this and has a sealed warrent to monitor his communications.
