I’m afraid so. They’ve really latched onto the whole “I’m not hear to listen to what he has to say” thing. They think the judge is biased and treating Trump unfairly. ---

Ivanka is being questioned about her attempts to get funding for Doral golf, using her father’s fictitious valuations of his property. It’s why “attempt” is itself a crime, usually of the same severity as if the attempt had succeeded. Trump’s team’s objections all boil down to “Objection! Makes my client look guilty”, but they have to try to find a paper-thin legal basis, even if patently ridiculous and transparently non-starting. ---
