It’s not the crime aspect of things I’m worried about, I’ve lived in rough places all my life. Let’s just say my GF won’t be getting on a train to Grove street and leave it at that. I’ve been looking for things around battery park, but have come up with nada.

Btw Ponder, do you know if they’ll take a check for that mansion?

Battery Park kinda sucks. It’s mostly luxury rentals, and the whole damn place shuts down at night. When I get out of work late, it’s totally dead.

If your damn gf won’t get on a train to Grove St., maybe she’d let you share her Union Sq. pad?
