# NYC artist photographs his neighbors. Art? or Wrong?

It is not the displayed photos that are creepy–some are actually pretty good–it is all the photos he has taken that are _not_ being shown. Think of how many hours he had to watch apartments to get those shots.

If you choose to live in front of massive uncurtained windows in a densely-packed urban setting, you are choosing to be observed. The neighbors have no right to be outraged since they have taken zero steps to protect their privacy.
