It is not the displayed photos that are creepy–some are actually pretty good–it is all the photos he has taken that are not being shown. Think of how many hours he had to watch apartments to get those shots.
If you choose to live in front of massive uncurtained windows in a densely-packed urban setting, you are choosing to be observed. The neighbors have no right to be outraged since they have taken zero steps to protect their privacy.
