# NYC custom B-day cake needed.

Can anyone recommend me a good bakery in NYC (esp. Brooklyn) where I can get a simple, inexpensive, cake for a B-day? I’d prefer something on the relatively healthy side (relative to the typical sugar-packed B-day cake). And I’d also like a picture drawn on it, or perhaps plastic ornaments. Not sure exactly.

Or alternatively, any good simple recipes that are yummy but somewhat less unhealthy than most?

I of course can search for the latter on the web, but I’d rather get some first hand feedback on particular bakeries that others might know of in the area.
