O.K. I was over at the Dublanders thread, mentioning how our Fests were at the same time. I also happened to mention the talking bathrooms. They donā€™t believe me. Please, please explain that I wasnā€™t drunk and hearing things. So, I was drunk, but please explain that I wasnā€™t hearing things. O.K., \*O.K.\*I may have heard a few things, but please tell them the talking bathroom was not one of them. ---

Iā€™m sorry I had to leave so early. Sounds like the good times just kept rollinā€™. Actually, to be quite truthful, I was mortified to be the first one to leave, but since I live ā€œupstateā€, as Saxface put it (Rockland County, really, but I gather than to true urbanites, anything north of Yonkers is ā€œupstateā€), I had a long drive ahead of me. As I told Biggirl and Manny, I knew I was going to be asleep in about an hour, and I really wanted to be in bed when it happened. But I enjoyed my brief sojourn amongst the NYC Dopers immensely. Glad to finally put faces to names and 'tudes. I second the notion that we have to do this again soon. BTW, was it Soulsling who suggested Herban Kitchen? Anyway, kudos. The Sea Bass was excellent. ---

wait, who was **Kimberly joy**? where was i? i left 2nd to last, i donā€™t remember a 4th female. i kept track of the females. thanx **Dave** , glad you liked it. and note, to those that left early, i blew up the toilets in 3rd grade, not Antarctica. But if i had known earlier **Uke** was planning on lifting one for a trophy, i would have helped. Mustā€™ve been done once if it was bolted that way IMO. ---

**Joe\_Cool** mentioned the handmade signs at Antarctica - the bar not the continent. Inside there were several chalkboard signs with saying. I copied down one - it said ā€œAm immature man wants to die nobly for a great cause. A mature man wants to live humbly for a good one.ā€ I didnā€™t copy down what the sign outside the bar said. **Cajun Man** recalls another that said: ā€œHave your party here. You donā€™t want people using your bathroom.ā€ ā€¦ or something to that effect. ---

I, too, remember thinking the sign on the other side of the emoticon was cute but also have no clue as to why. But I took a picture of Joe\_Cool with it, so if the gods of photography smile upon us, Iā€™ll be able to tell you why the hell we all thought it was so delightfully clever. ---
