God, I’m glad that Cuomo didn’t win! But the Democratic establishment needs to really well and truly pull their heads out of their asses. The future of Democrats ain’t looking promising, and they were the only ones who had a chance to beat Republicans. ---

Something that so many posters in here are failing to recognize: If Democrats keep nominating pro-Hamas shitheads like Mamdani and AOC, they will lose millions of voters just like me. I, for one, will pick the most Trumpian right wing lunatic over these terrorism supporters every time. ---

If they nominate corrupt sexual abusers like Cuomo, they’ll lose a lot more votes, based on this election. I would never support a pro-Hamas or pro terrorist politician, but thankfully AOC and Mamdani don’t remotely qualify. I’m sure Trump will try to spread lies like these, but hopefully those lies will fall flat. ---

Mamdani is absolutely terrible with his “Globalize the Intifada” support - absolutely disqualifying, like if he supported “All Lives Matter” during BLM. AOC is not nearly as bad (and in fact far lefty types castigated her as a “Zionist” lately… You see a lot of _“Zohran better not tolurn out like AOC”_ posts on BlueSky nowadays). Just to be clear: The slogan “Globalize the Intifada” means that people around the world should think that Palestine should be free of Israel, correct? I like that Mamdani won. The party has gone way too far right. I don’t think becoming the gop of 80’s and 90"s is cutting it. We need to move forward as a party and a country. miller is a creepy weirdo. He looks like a bond villan’s henchmen. Gives me the creeps. ---
