With the rise of thigh highs(heh) garters are not needed, UNLESS for effect. Or you have employment that requires them. I think you can figure out those jobs. Walking long distances and thigh highs might not work so well. ---

Some men undoubtedly do, judging by how many times I’ve seen this in pin-ups and soft pore corn. It doesn’t do anything for me, though. I suspect it’s because I’ve seen my aunt’s garter belt paraphernalia at their houses. And (apologies to my uncles) I’ve never found my aunts at all sexy. ---
