Two good medieval words that aren’t accepted: UNCIAL today and VILLEIN a few days ago And I have an Italian song earworm because of today’s FUNICULA , also not accepted ---

One point away from a natural QB and have no idea of what the final word is. Tried many 4-letter combinations without success. Driving me crazy. ETA: found it! ---

That one is on my mental list of words that always trip me up. Also on the list, ACAI, TIARA, LANAI, IGLOO. When I’m close, I always consult this list to make sure I didn’t miss something obvious. About 50% of the time that gets me to QB. Today my final word was GRITTILY, which I was sure I had already entered. ---
