For example, it was pointed out that with mixed race couples it’s normal for the police to avoid intervening, in the hopes that it will escalate to murder as it did. And it was also pointed out that the LAPD is so used to framing black defendants that it didn’t know how to handle one that was actually guilty, but under a spotlight so they couldn’t just use fake “evidence”.
