I’m currently in third with 300 points, behind **Vol in Texas** (313) and **Wolverine** (310), with two games undecided. **Accidental Martyr** apparently failed to assign confidence points to his picks, and has a score of 0 for the week. That’s recoverable, as the lowest weekly score is dropped for standings purposes. Don’t forget to pick the Monday night game if you haven’t already… ---

There are 26 games to pick for Week 2. I’ve got two Upset Specials this week: Florida on the road over Texas A&M UTEP on the road over Ole Miss I’m also calling Miss State over Auburn, but Yahoo says they’re favored at home, so it doesn’t count as an upset. ---

According to Yahoo, Arkansas is favored over Alabama. Arkansas, who just lost to UL-Monroe. And 0-2 Pittsburgh (loser to Youngstown State!) is favored over Va Tech. :dubious: Oh, wait. For some reason all the home teams are listed as favorites, regardless. :dubious: :dubious: ---

Yes Timing is important in this pool. But this week might count after week 14. Week 14 is a light week, as the SEC, ACC, PAC 12, and Big 12 all have only Conference Championship games. **Wolverine** is going to be vulnerable to losing ground that week as he only had 154 points last week.
