Even if the worst is true, it is no where near as bad as treating the Prime Minister of Germany with the same respect a mysogynistic boss treats his secretary. That kind of contact isn’t appropriate anywhere in the workplace unless they have clearly established that it is OK. It is clear from the shoulder rubbing incident, that this contact was not established as OK. ---
