There’s nothing in the Constitution that actually requires that he be human. ---

Negro still has non-offensive currency in the US. The United States Census Bureau gave Negro, along with Black and African-American, as one of the race choices in the 2010 Census, specifically because some people still identify themselves by the term. ---

Damn.
