Is this another “One side is just as bad as the other side!” thread? Rather than doing this over and over and over, **adhay** , why don’t you just give us _positive_ reasons to vote Libertarian? ---

I know this is an almost comic exaggeration, but suppose Turkey threatened war if American politicians made the statement. Would making it still be the right thing to do, then? pdts ---

You see, its not that Barry wants to express American surrender to the Japanese Emperor by bowing, its about the very tricky elections coming up that may affect American bases in Japan,and sucking up to their Emperor cops huge brownie points at no cost. And its not that the Armenian genocide wasn’t awful, but they are all dead, and nothing Barry can do will change that, and the Turks are an ally already inclined to be a bit stiff with us. A lot of times, its the international equivalent of “No, of course it doesn’t make your butt look big, it looks svelte and slinky!” And if he wasn’t willing and able to do that sort of thing, he would never have been elected to anything worth hearing about. And GeeDubya probably thinks Armenia is a little town outside of Lubbock. ---

It doesn’t change the colour of black or white, though. People respect those who tell the truth and find it hard to respect those who don’t. I find it hard to respect those who only tell the truth when it furthers their interest, also.
