It’s mostly pins and needles as far as I can tell. There’s definitely buzz and a level of excitement. Personally, I’d like to see it get over with, but I appreciate the drama. ---

I signed up just for the heck of it but I’m not on pins and needles nor pissed (and about to change who I vote for) because they haven’t announced. I don’t think anybody else will either so their plan is working – keep _everybody_ talking about Obama. Even the fake text message keeps everybody talking about – wait for it – Obama. ---

Is it just me, or did McCain squander a golden opportunity by not announcing his pick while we’re all waiting for Obama? He could’ve had everyone’s attention focused on him for a change, rather than letting Obama continue to be the center. ---
